Everlore is based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone, shipping address and the ring you chose. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never reach our website.
• Stories you share: what you write in the Share your story form, with your name, email and optional phone number.
• Letters from Everlore: your email, if you sign up.

How we use it

To make and ship your order, to reply to you, and, if you signed up, to send a few letters a year. We never sell or rent your information.

Your stories

Stories you send stay private. We will never publish your story, or any detail from it, without asking you first, even if you ticked the box allowing anonymous sharing.

Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run the shop: Stripe (payments), our email provider, our web host, and the carrier that delivers your ring.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from letters at any time, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us.
