Our promise

Each ring is made to order in your size, so please check your size carefully before you order. If something isn't right, tell us. We want you to love wearing it.

Wrong size

If your ring doesn't fit, write to us within 30 days of delivery. We'll remake it in the right size; you only pay return shipping.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return an unworn ring in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the ring price. Return shipping is paid by you, and original shipping isn't refundable. Engraving is included in every ring, so it doesn't affect your return.

Damaged or faulty

If your ring arrives damaged or has a fault, write to us within 30 days with a photo. We'll repair or replace it at no cost, including shipping.
